What is Child Care and Development Fund?
The Child Care and Development Fund offers support to low-income households who want child care due to work, work-related training and/or attending school.
Who is eligible for this program?
In order to be eligible for this benefit program, you need to be a parent or primary caregiver accountable for children below the age of 13 years of age, or below 19 if incompetent of self-care or under court supervision who require help paying for childcare; and must also indicate your financial condition as low income or very low income. In order to be eligible you must also be either having a job or in some States registered in a training or education program.
